If you have a lot of cops on your butt, all you have to do is put in the code R1 R2 L1 L2 circle up down up down. A banner should say cheat activated. THIS WILL NOT WORK IN PLACES YOU AREN'T ALLOWED IN. If you use the cheat in a place like that, the stars will come right back.

I know that this is a playstion two game under a playstion three category, but in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, you can unlock a load of guns. All you have to do is push R1 R2 L1 R2 left down right up left down right up and you should see a little banner that says cheat activated.
